SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Folk Tea! There are currently two domestic shipping options with Folk Tea: Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Mail), which averages 3-8 business days after blending, and Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express) which averages 1-2 business days after blending. International Shipping is also available - see rate quotes at checkout. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Folk Tea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURN POLICY
Due to the hand-blended, small batch nature of these teas, and the current health pandemic, Folk Tea isn't able to accept returns or exchanges right now, HOWEVER if you're unsatisfied please reach out and I'll do my best to rectify the situation!
